Data Collection Screen (6.10.533)

The alphanumeric pad is only missing from the initial screen. Other
than this everything seems to be working fine. I have also checked my
test database and it has the same problem.

When I came in this morning my data collection screens were missing the
on screen alphanumeric key pad. Does anyone know why this might have
happened and how to get it back? Everything was fine last night.
