You'll need a copy of endact.r (from support) relevant to your version to
end activity. Very easy to use. There is also another version (ClockOut.r)
to clock them all the way out so you might as well ask for both. Sometimes
makes me wonder (due to frequency needed) why these types of utility
functions are not on the System Utility menu and formalized with their own
parameter screen.

While I'm on hold at Support..... Thought that I would ask--Has
anyone had this problem? Will stopping and starting the database fix
the issue? Something tells me that I need to clear the user from the
database in some fashion?

Any ideas? 5.1.128

I have this before on 5.0. I had to get a program from support to end the
user's session...
