If you aren't worried about pictures, you can make up badges pretty easily
using a Word label merge. We do that for our temp employee cards.

Has anyone had any experience with only locking Work Stations on the
Shop Floor so that they can only sign into Vantage once.

We have an on going problem with one work station that has multiple
copies of Vantage being opened.
