We had that GSM thing come up on the .7 Pilot load though

At least the off-invoice percentage invoice posting problem seems to be fixed…LOL. First thing I tried out of the gate after what we went through the last time.
Don’t shoot the messenger but it’s an 18 hour window for Live this weekend
Yes I am aware, but it puts the lie to statement in every single maintenance announcement that your system will only be down for a few hours. Nevermind on premise where it literally takes 20 minutes to do a dot release update.
I know…without knowing their backend, maybe they can only do a mass outage and deployment from their side.

What did they say the outage would be? I thought they gave a time frame before starting the work.
The from and TO I guess is what I was thinking about. But you’re right the language underneath is semi-vague, but I typically just look at the from and to.
Same…I just tell our users what the window is. Fortunately the Live one is on the weekend and barely anyone goes near Pilot as it is.
