Data Directive error

Hi
I have a Data directive that is working correctly on Kinetic Pilot system, I have then built solution and created the .cab and validation.txt files.
I have then gone to Kinetic Live and imported the solution with the data directive. Following instructions from the help. The process also works on the live system. However if I go to the post processing section to change the email I get the below error when I try to save. Has anyone seen this before.

Do you get the same error in Classic UI?

Yes I do.
I think I have resolved the issue. I removed the Email workflow and re-added it again. Must but something in there that was corrupted. Ive asked the user to test again.
