In order to comply with NACHA guidelines we’ve turned on the data masking but have been having issues. As a full Masked User, one would think that they should be able to see the data they are entering in or have entered in without it being masked so they can verify it. It appears that only the security manager has rights to see it which wouldn’t be the person in charge of entering in that data.
Also, we are seeing that the masked fields are sometimes saving to the database in the masked form instead of the actual data, causing issues when sending files to the bank.
