My colleague define OrderHed_PONum data type is nvarchar
if he set an action with BAQ parameters, its data type is nvarchar (that is correct)
if he set an action with BAQ parameters, its data type is bit (that is not same)
if he set an action with BAQ parameters, its data type is bit (that is not same)

Just a question, why did you name your parameter the same as a field name? I would never do that. I don’t know if it is the issue, but it is strange.
