Debugging .p Code (Was How to compile a .r to a .p)

At least for syntax checking, I'll open the Open Edge Client, use the
Data Dictionary menu item to attach (in multi-user mode) to the
Vantage/Epicor database, and use the syntax checker in there to make
sure there are no syntax errors.

I put messages in the code to let me know where I am. Once everything
is working, I remove the messages.
