Default company and site selection in Epicor User Profile

Hi Epicor Community,

I have a question related to default company and site selection in Epicor Kinetic Cloud .

My user account currently has access to multiple companies and sites . Each time I log in, I need to manually select the company and site I want to work in.

Is there a way to configure a default company and site for a user so that whenever they log in, the system automatically opens with the preferred company and site selected?

If this is possible:

  • Where is this configured (User Account Maintenance, Personalization, or elsewhere)?
  • Is it controlled by the user profile or security settings ?

I would appreciate any guidance or best practices from those who have configured this before.

I don’t see your version in your profile,

If you are 2025.2+, there are company and site parameters in the URL, you can use a bookmark with these set appropriately.
