Does anyone have any information on changing the default home screen experience to KineticHome when using the cloud installer? I’d love to be able to send users to https://download.epicorsaas.com to download the smart client and not have to instruct them on modifying the shortcut or sysconfig afterwards.
I just got off a call with support who stated that changing the server side sysconfig that is copied is not possible. This doesn’t make any sense to me. Why should the default user experience be the old experience with Epicor pushing Kinetic?
