Where is the default value for the License Timeout set? I’d rather not change that for each user.

I couldn’t find something like that anywhere so I did a DMT for all users and changed that value.
You could probably do a mass change via DMT as above and then write a BPM to set it for new users?
Just curious, why would you want to change it from the min value of 15 minutes?

And to be clear, license timeout and browser session timeout are different.

Yeah, I was gonna say, the License timeout does not sign you out or anything… It’s just how long it takes for a seat to free up when a user is inactive.
Usually you want to keep this as low as possible (15 minutes is the min) to get the most out of your concurrent license counts. Otherwise if you set it high and someone logs in once at 9am and leaves their screen open they are consuming a seat for much longer.
The only time I’ve set it differently is when we really had our backs against the wall with license counts and I prioritized some users over others.
I’m sure there are oddball one offs though where it makes sense to set a different value, I was just curious.
