Is there a place to set up a default scrap percentage for and operation?
Or is that something that you need to create a BPM to handle?

Currently it sets the scrap percent to 0 whenever you change the
operation in engineering workbench. I would imagine that that process
could be hijacked to set a default percent based on the operation
selected.
