How do I make it so the default WH\Bin in a customer shipment line is what I have set in both the company and site settings?
I thought I had found the culprit but NOPE - this little checkbox Default The Order Shipping…
What stupid thing am I overlooking?
Oops, blew right past the part where you stated Company Configuration!
Edit: Also, the Shipping Warehouse typically is pulled from what is on the Sales Order Release.
Read the Field Help for the checkbox you suspected. Defines how the Warehouse and Bin are selected on the Customer Shipment.

I did look at that - what I didn’t find was where the bin is listed on the order or release.
I’m about to brute force this with a customization if someone doesn’t talk me off the ledge hahah 
Do you have AMM? There is a separate tab on the site config for AMM

Damn @BoostERP you got my hopes up for a second. We do have AMM, but I don’t see any relevant settings on the AMM tab on site config
