Default Terminal Server Printers v5.00.x?

We still have a mixed bag of 98, XP, NT4.0, running through MSTS (I
know, I know, many of these will be replaced soon enough). We have
active directory, with two active domain controllers. Exchange server is
also on network. On some computers, seemingly randomly, reports (crystal
and report builder reports) will end up going to our shipping label
printer, causing havoc. Also, remote users from home cannot print
preview, as it tries to ping the aforementioned shipping printer, and
returns with fault, and no print preview. The users are varied in terms
of systems and reports, but all of them are accessing through terminal
server. It seems to happen more often to certain users, but I have not
isolated a routine for it happening. Of course I have checked default
printers within their TS accounts, and they are set to the one that they
would like for it to go to. All other Windows apps within TS send it to
the default, or prompt. There is no "print setup" within Vantage as
there is within the Report Builder (or I have not stumbled across it
yet). I have also checked locally, but this really should be a
non-issue.

If there is some sort of fallback printer, there is a totally feasible
printer that I would prefer routing this to. I have a feeling there is
some sort of default hidden away in a settings file for Vantage, or
there is an DOS protocol being used that is bypassing windows defaults,
and possibly selecting from first available active directory printer?

Long winded, I know, but any help would be appreciated.
