Defining Warning Messages at Order Entry Level

Entry and choose that customization. It has to recompile for it to

We have a requirement to prompt a message at order entry level based on value of certain field in Customer table. When trying to define the trigger thru customization; the customer table is not accessible at the order header to define the trigger or rule.

I am not a programmer but can manage the basic changes . We are on 8.0. 809
