Sometimes (more lately than before), our shipment product details get all messed up on the international paperwork page.
I have found through SQL I can remove the shipment in Quickship and then reprocess in Epicor and everything is fine.
I want to be able to do this through the Quickship application itself. Is there a way to do this?

Have you tried the rebuild on the products page? That works better now in the newer QS versions.

Yes, that doesn’t always work. I’ve tried deleting all the groups and items but they just reappear all wrong.
On the shipment page itself, they are all correct.

We end up just making a new shipment in Epicor and we abandon the existing one.

It’s almost impossible to do with PCIDs and phantom packs. We congregate our shipments to international customers so sometimes they hit the max 100 line rule.

Yeah, phantom packs are terrible. Takes a while to clean up. We don’t get up to 100 so manually deleting the phantoms is just annoying.

Maybe a function to cancel/clone a shipment in Epicor. We need to start using masterpack anyway. Sometimes we have boxes in the shipment go missing or get held at customs. Wreaks havoc with the ICPO process.

Yeah, may need to tackle from the Kinetic side. I don’t know of a way to fix in Quick Ship.

EDIT: Actually not. If it ends up not being used in the future because the issue is fixed in QS then it’s easy to just delete.
