Deleted Pack Slip still showing in Order Tracker

We’ve deleted a pack slip but it’s still showing up in Order Tracker. When I right click on the number to open it in customer shipment entry the entry screen is blank. It’s as if we have a phantom pack. Any idea how I get rid of it?

If you hadn’t I would be closing the order tracker down, re-open and load the order again, then click retrieve on the shipments tab and see if it has cleared.
