Deleting Version Folders Under Documents and Settings

I dunno how many people actually use the themes... but could go either way,
only major detriment is a slightly longer time loading the first time they
start the app after the clearing, but not much different than after a SP or
patch is done.

I had a user who had been experiencing some printing problems after an upgrade, specific to only that person. Under Documents and settings/all users/applications/epicor/vantage I delted the folders containing the old versions (8.03.403) and the new version (8.03.408) Next time that user logged into Vantage the folder was recreated and the printing problems went away
Â
Never had tried that before but looks like it works. Just thought I would share with the group

that's one of the "unknowns" that Epicor has and always seems to ignore.

I used to reccomend to any sites I was at to clean out the "C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Application Data\Epicor\Vantage" folder every 6 months or
3 service pack/patch updates, whichever comes first.

A quick login script can take care of it with little to no problems.
