Hello, has anyone had any issues since moving to kinetic in terms of auto printing previously when it was on prem we had it setup to auto print delivery notes when the pack was marked as shipped since moving to kinetic we have to use the edge agent on the local computer in order for it to go through however the same method we used previously now is very slow sometimes the delivery note will print within 10 seconds sometimes up to a minute
