Dell XPS locks up running Epicor V11

My Dell XPS laptop seems to freeze up - where i have to hard power down when i am running Epicor V11 - Pilot. Anyone seeing something similar? or could it just be my system is buggy?

Hi Dave,

I have a Dell XPS 8940 and I use it to run all my environments. Pilot and Third are both running Epicor 11 and I haven’t had a problem.

Ms. Erin: Thank you for the reply. I updated my VMWare and my Dell BIOS - things are looking much better. Although i do have one customer when i am onsite and wireless my PC totally locks up. I have not figured that one out yet.

It’s nice to have feedback from someone using similar hardware - it’s too easy to blame the hardware :slight_smile:
