Demand Entry Datafield change 803.305 to 803.407

Joel,

Check the details in Service Connect - do you see the data matching up
as needed? You should be able to see the fields and values if you open
a Conversion step - do you find the PO Line (or PO Line Ref) in the
correct place on the Detail section?

If so, does it carry through at each conversion?

Karen

After upgrading to 803.407 I noticed that the PO Line was not coming in
to Demand from Service Connect. I noticed that the DataField Value of
the POLine in Demand Entry changed from DemandDetail.POLine to
DemandDetail.POLineRef? Anyone else come across this? Not sure to what
side to change?

Joel,

If I recall correctly, when you upgrade you need to re-install your web
services.

Get into your WS-Config .NET tool found in
C:\epicor\mfgsys803\WebServices

Select your Site at the top (should be "VantageServices".

On the bottom left you'll see "Installed Items"

Click on the checkbox that says "Reinstall All" and click Update Site
button.

Wait 10 seconds and they should be reinstalled.

Give it a shot.

I didn't notice this specifically, but there were a number of changes to demand management due to EDI that also affected service connect work flows and the web services (since EDI uses both of these). There may be a couple of more changes in this area in 408, but most of them occurred in 407 and 407A.
