We are looking for alternative Software for demand/sales forecasting. Epicor IP&O is an option but in the interest of due process we would like be sure that we have also considered other options and not just gone with what had been put in front of us. Therefore I am interested to know what solutions other businesses are using in this space and their experience. If you using a third party demand planning/ sales forecasting software I keen to hear.

I don’t have many details (finance and procurement are managing the transition), but we’re switching from AV (Absolute Value) to Smart Software’s demand planning.
Our tests with forecasting have proven more accurate, though it did take a couple of months to work out the kinks - and some of that was because of our data needing to be cleaned up - but otherwise our side seems happy with the change.
Edit: I had previously said that we were swithing to eTurns Track Stock, but that is for our vendor-managed inventory
