All,
I am sitting in on an E9 demo in January and would like to demonstrate a real call to the Epicor customer support line. The intention is to let the client see the good and bad of Epicor customer support with an error message that any normal user (not a power user) would come across. I would like to create an error in one of the Manufacturing or Engineering sub-modules. Any thoughts on a good error to induce? For example, I was going to change the active dates of some subassemblies in a BOM and then try to scheudle a job.
Thanks,
Carey
