Despatch without Invoice

If it truly remains your legal property, then put it into a non-nettable bin or if you need shipping papers, use a second plant and transfer it to that plant.

If it is no longer your inventory and on your books, postpone issuing the invoice.

Hey Folks,

Is there a way in Vantage (8.03.406) to despatch items without invoicing? We need to show stock is not available but we don't want to invoice the customer just yet as they are on credit hold?

I thought maybe creating a quarantine plant and moving the stock there, then once the customer has paid up, moving it back to the main plant - unless there is an easier way?

You can "Ship" and not pull into an invoice batch until you are ready?

I am not sure if Vantage 8 has non-nettable bins but that may work.
