πŸ“’ Did you know? Copy Paste App Studio Elements

Did not see anything about this already, so my apologies if there is already a post.

I noticed that the Customer Cross Reference fields did not exist on Sales Kit lines. I found that odd and decided to add them in. Went into App Studio and saw that they existed on the SalesKitComponent view and thought this is going to be easy. Added a 1 Column, then went and looked at the Sales Order line and saw that the Customer Part had a search in it. Well, I hate doing the searches and thought about just forgetting this all together. Just because I could, I clicked on the field and hit old ctrl+c, went back to the kit line page and ctrl+v in my column. To my surprise, it pasted right in with all of the data from the order line field. Changed by binding and there you go.

That is going to be a time saver.

Cut and paste works as well for moving controls around.
Also, CTRL+Z to undo a cut if App Studio is being App Studio-y and refuses to paste into a container control.

I have noticed that it only works within your current session.

For example two layers open from the same application you cannot copy from one layer and paste into the other

(not too surprising in this situation, just pointing it out)
