Difference between a Field Query and Table query in a BPM Message

In a BPM’s Show Message block, you can insert data to be displayed in the message:

What’s the diff between Field and Table query here?

Either choice seems to display the same Dialog box, with the same options.

With a field query you can only select 1 field from the list.
Table query lets you select multiple fields and it will return multiple rows (if applicable) in a rough comma delimited format. It also include comma delimited headers as well.
Not very pretty
