Direct deposit - which bank

They don't require the NACHA format from us. The software they provided and
now their website translates the file. We just set up the mapping for the
import so their system knows where to find the info they need. The Vantage
file contains a lot of data that is not used (at least in our case).

How did you translate the native Vantage DD file into the NACHA
format? Or doesn't NCB require the NACHA format.
We are working at setting up the direct payroll deposit and are
having one heck of a time working with Fifth Third Bank (in Ohio).
It's as if they have never done this before.

For those of you who have had success with direct deposits - which
banks did you work with and were they helpful.

Thanks
We work with National City Bank in Pennsylvania, but I know they are also in
Ohio. They are very helpful. We now use their ASP website to import our DD
file. We also use it to pay vendors via ACH.
