Once a Requisition is approved, it creates a suggestion. The suggestion is automatically flagged as “approved PO”. Can we turn off that approved flag by default?
You should be able to on an Added record set it to false. Is this in the suggestion or the PO once it is created? We do not use requisitions, so I am not familiar with the process.
Yes. When you look at the PO Suggestion that is created after the requisition is approved, the PO suggestion is set to Approved PO. Sometimes this is fine, but they are asking if we can default it to not be approved. Yes, we can change it right here, as long as we remember to. Just seems weird that a PO would be approved by default based on the way we have done POs.
I use a bpm post processing on POsugg.GetRowsPlant to set defaults on suggestions.
