How to disable personalization? I’ve set up “allow personalization” to disable for the particular user. But when I login to that user then (sometimes) personalization is created.

What version are you on? I submitted a case about a year ago about this same thing and it’s in the fix list for 10.2.300. We are on 10.2.300.11 but I haven’t verified that it’s working for us yet.
I’m using 10.1.600.6. So, i need to upgrade to 10.2.300.
