For a couple of our users now their tiles has been disappearing. User is usually left with just their favorite group tile. The rest of the tiles disappeared. One of them has all their tiles disappear.
This happens over a period of time (not simultaneously).
Any ideas as to why this is happening?

This happened to me when I was on 10.0.700.4. Cause was never found but it was more likely to happen when a user created several favorite groups and renamed them to a name that didn’t contain the word “Favorite.” A workaround: when you log in and find your favorites have vanished, click the head icon to log in again before doing anything else; usually the favorites will come back.
