missing? Why are my cost still acting like they don't know where they
belong?

What is the timing of the transactions? When did the product actually
ship? When are you seeing the entries in the suspense accounts? Are you
using data collection or manually entering labor? Are PO's linked to the
job? Is it a high dollar amount or a small dollar amount?

This is a shipping transaction from wip. I did check the
wip/reconciliation report, that is how I found out that it went to
suspense.

Subject: [Vantage] Suspense accounts
I am still getting costs in suspense accounts for parts that have
classes and groups assigned. Can anyone please tell me what else I am
missing? Why are my cost still acting like they don't know where they
belong?

Millicent
good morning.
i know this is years later, but i am having the same issue.
items going into suspense (on the inv/wip rec rpt) .. but then actually hitting the proper COS when captured.
all product/sales codes and associated GLCs look proper.
did you ever get an adequate response to this issue?
if so, could you share it with me?
