Hello, we are looking for help with a DMR. No Nonconformance or DMR was ever raised in EPICOR for the parts, because the issue was discovered after the parts had been sent out (and processed as finished product). The parts were processed as No Longer Required, Reworked and sent back out again, so no DMR was created.
The issue is, we need a DMR to process the credit note and we are a bit lost as to how we get this DMR raised. Any advice appreciated.
