A client is re-implementing from E9 into E10.2.200 (this has been a 13-month process), and has recently discovered they need to start their new system with the next sequential DMR number (somewhere north of 80000).
Having discovered that you can’t (“legally”) change the DMR starting number from 1000, I’m now to the point where I want to just upload a boatload of dummy NonConformances, fail them through inspection, and close the resultant DMR records. I can create the dummy NCRs via DMT, but I’m having trouble with the fail-through-inspection-and-create-DMR. I’ve tried multiple varied field combinations updating the NonConf table, but so far they all just close the NonConf without creating the DMR.
All suggestions GLEEFULLY accepted…
