On the AP Open Load form the delete and update checkboxes are greyed out. I am Security Manager and so I dont believe it to be an access issue. I have looked at higher versions of the system 11.2.200.14 and the delete and update is not greyed out. Does anyone know what could cause this?
Pretty sure you would need to supply data file with the mandatory appropriate data before you have either of those options available.
I’m guessing that the process would be to delete the AP group and run the load again.
It’s also worth noting that these end up being journaled transactions. Once a transaction is posted, it cannot be deleted nor updated. One can only reverse the entries and try again.
My DMT shows the same thing. I believe this is working as designed.
What are you trying to update or delete? A posted or unposted group?
An unposted group, I am aware we can do it through the front end. However this is unusual as on a version later then this the delete and update button are not greyed out.

On the version I’m on, 2021.2, I see what you’re seeing.
