DMT Error - attempting to mass fail open DMR's

Hello,

So based on my previous question about clearing a lot of RMA’s from inspection via DMT, which was successful, I now I have a new problem.

All of the RMA’s I failed out of inspection now sit in DMR, and I need to reject them all en masse. I created a DMR Action template with Company, DMRNum, ActionNum, ActionType and Quantity as my fields. I imported the DMRNum’s, used 1 as my ActionNum, ‘R’ as my type, and imported the quantities into the csv. None of the records are being added and the error being thrown states that a quantity is required.

This one seems like it should be pretty simple, but I can’t figure out what I’m missing. Any ideas?

Ignore, I think I figured it out.

I’m curious, what ended up being the issue? I am having a similar issue using DMT to mass-reject some open DMR, but I keep getting an “Unrecognized Guid format” error. I don’t know if you have any insight that might point me in the right direction?

Hi Ben,

Sorry for the late reply, but in my case, I needed the “DispQuantity” field added to the template. I’m not too well versed with DMT, and I’ve never encountered any GUID errors.

Here is a screenshot of the template I’m using to mass reject.

I appreciate the help! I think I was using the Quantity column instead of DispQuantity, I’ll give it a try. Thanks!
