DMT Export doesn't have same result as BAQ

I have a BAQ that is returning about 5600 records. I setup a DMT export scheduled task to run nightly during the week.

No issuing with the BAQ that i can find and it returns all the expected records, but the nightly export is always missing one group of parts about 120 records. We have multiple sites and this BAQ is returning part data from each site. There is always one site’s records missing in the DMT export that is there in the BAQ when i run it.

the task is running on a schedule from a .bat job. we have tons of these running on schedules and i’ve not seen this issue before.

What user is the task running under and does that user have access to the site that’s missing from the results in their user account?

that was it exactly! the dmt task is run under a generic user for all DMT exports and the missing site is new and was never added!
