DMT - Menus are missing for users other than system manager

Hello everyone, I need your help if anyone can help me.
Users who are not system managers do not have access to all the menus on the DMT, for example the call center service, the PO Receipts, whereas on the Epicor application they have access to these menus. I noticed that these 2 menus are subfolders in the DMT and I wonder that there is not an additional access that should be assigned to users to have access. Have any of you ever had this kind of situation?

What version of Epicor is this?

And no, I have not seen this, but if this was from a time when you could choose your DMT version, you might hope to start there, with a newer or older version of DMT.

Epicor Version 10.2.700. I think in version .700 we can’t choose the version of DMT anymore. am i wrong ?

Right. Well that definitely is new to me. I do have a couple other users to use DMT but they’ve never had any problems with the few things they do.

i give all the access to the users , except the system manager, but no success.
