I am having a issue with DMT Qty adj. It throws an error that the column ReasonCode and SerialNo is missing but have it in the file and have done it in the past. First time in Saas environment though.
Anything would be helpful. need to adjsut the qty of 5000 rows.

This is a known error. It is broken. Supposedly a new version is coming in the next week or so. They do have a HotFix
Latest version of DMT fixed this - it was only an error for 1 version for us. 4.0.50.1 works.
Thank you! i was going crazy! also the download link of a previous version was missing a file which was why the previous version wasn’t working for us. Support sent me the 3 files to install
Thanks. We are Saas and version 10.2.500.7 so the DMT that came in the folder wasnt working. and the ones from the website are missing a third file. Fortunately epicor sent me the missing file and i was able to install a previous version.
What was the 3rd file? Should be an exe, dll and lic files.
Its the config file: DMT.exe.config. The download version from the epic web onlly has the DMT.exe and dll file but if you copy those to the client folder, DMT doesnt work and doesnt open up.
I think in 10.2.500 and up, DMT uses the same license key as the other products and doesn’t require the .lic file. Check to make sure DMT is enabled in the Company Configuration and License Tracker:

DMT was enabled. it worked from the client folder, it just had a bug and the previous version was the only version without the bug, but when i had downloaded it from epic web and copied it to he client folder it still wasnt working. Support sent me the previous version without a bug and the only difference between the files from epic web and support was that config file.
Thank you for that information, it was very helpful. We had a hard time finding the first two and then after we did, the DMT still didn’t work. Now that you
mentioned the third file, we have located and connected them and now I am up and running again.
