DMT - Sales Order Combined

Is there a trick to getting a DMT upload file to correctly recognize “OrderRel#FirmRelease”? I cannot get the field to be marked as “false”. I’ve tried “0”, “NO”, “FALSE”. I’ve tried formatting the column to different types. Nothing seems to work

Please advise.

Are you getting an error when you try to run the DMT? Maybe leave the column blank/null…if it’s an unfirmed release it should be “empty”.

just tried leaving it blank, still no luck, field is still marked as “Firm” after upload

Only other thing I can think of - check the column sequence on your DMT file. Saw it mentioned in the below thread…sometimes it can make a difference in what does/doesn’t update right.

Do you have a data directive or method directive that’s setting it to true?

negative, nothing like that, no customization on that specific screen or field either, all base epicor

Have you tried removing that column from the DMT file? We use Sales Order combined, don’t have that column and ours import as false.

okay, on my initial import file I had both “OrderRel#OrderRelNum” and “OrderRel#FirmRelease”. Removing just “OrderRel#FirmRelease” still imported the releases as firm. Removing both columns and not having any “OrderRel” columns at all still imports the releases as firm. I’m guessing it’s either our version of DMT, Epicor, or a specific setting in our company/site config or specific modules we are or aren’t licensed for.
