Does anyone know how to stop a DMT if the DMT is not moving and cancelling is stuck “cancelling”?
terminate the dmt.exe from the Windows task manager??

Does that stop the DMT on the server side? That will shut down the DMT application, but does it stop the processing of the file?
That might be like running MRP and then thinking that closing Epicor would stop the MRP run. It will continue to run.
The DMT is running client side. It does call all the BOs on the server, but it’s running from the client.

This is from an Epicor Support Agent:
"Are you running DMT Locally? Or RDP to another server? Is not normal for DMT to do this. Closing DMT completely will kill any task.
You can verify that is not running anymore by looking at the System Monitor."
@aidacra this will work.
