We are in the process of implementing Smart forecasting with Epicor. Are there any current power users in this Forum of Epicor that is willing to share how the use Smart itself and handle actual received customer forecast and want to retain all the Customer Specific data in Smart for reporting? We do not want to import the Customer specific forecast into Epicor . We consolidate all customer forecast to a single forecast per part. We do want to keep though all the Cust Specific Forecast though in Smart.
Any and insight in how we can do this would be appreciated
