Dunno, but this might help... There are a bunch of utilities to compile a
batch file into an exe. Try Googling for "bat to exe". If you have a
working batch, that might help DocMgt to deal with it.

We do not use much of the Vendor - pre-made reports.
They are not useful to us.

We build a lot in CorVu and find it very helpful for analysis.
It is gradually replacing Report Builder/Excel/Data Export
for analysis.

There is a CorVu list serve, it is another Yahoo Group.

But don't expect it to be as active as this one. Unless I am missing a lot of messages I get maybe 3-4 per week in my regular email (same method as Vantage group). Plus there is virtually no moderator control of spam messages.

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
I've reached a point where AutoVue is no longer adequate for viewing CAD
data associated through document mgt. The majority of our data is
Unigraphics NX .prt (3D data) and I can't seem to get the UG tools, set
environment variables batchfile to launch (silent fail) and subsequently
will not spawn the ugraf.exe

Does anyone know if DocMgt is limited to only executing .exe's?
Has anyone successfully launched batch (.bat) files from DocMgt?
Is anyone associating Unigraphics .prt files in DocMgt?

Thanks in advance,

Lee
