We are looking to move towards service pro module but we are having issue getting some information on how to get the correct material to see how things flow in the demo database on the Epicor side not on the Service Pro Side as they did a great demo.

Hi Devin. I’m deeply involved in a Service Pro roll out and would be glad to answer any questions you have.

Hello Mark. Does Service Pro integrate easily with Epicor ERP on premises? Is it cloud based?

Hi Sharon,

Service Pro is cloud-based and has built-in hooks for Epicor. I’ve used it with MT SaaS and the integration worked very well, so my assumption is that it should work with no problems for on-premise.

Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out with any other questions.

Mark Herman
