Does anyone have an OLE or ODBC version of the packing list repo

Personally I don't calculate that into my own equation when I offer others help on this list.Â

Sorry to hear you do.Â

Does anyone have an OLE or ODBC version of the packing list report, any version?

Thanks, Jim
Epicor 9 or Vantage? And what is it that you're looking for specifically on the report?

Jim,
When you request reports like this from he list you should probably let people know that you are a consultant and WILL be charging someone else for this report.

Thanks!
-Mary

Mary, what would the purpose of my advising that serve?Â

I offer helpful hints, pointers, etc... on this list from time to time, as time permits - and I do so to other consultants are are trying to solve their clients needs; as I also do for end users. And in that response I don't tell them that "Hey by the way I realize you'll be charging your client for my solution". I don't expect that, nor do I ask for that.Â

Were all in this boat helping each other. :-)Â

Just trying to understand your point.Â

I know that I as well as others work very hard to come up with our reports and would like to know if you are going to profit from my work.

Hopefully E9, but if you only have Vantage I can convert it to E9.Â

The goal is to alter it so that customer sales order information lists on it to show true back orders.Â

Since the main driver of the report is shipdtl driven if an order has 3 line items on it and only 2 ship, then shipdtl and the pack list only show those 2 line items. Ultimately I also want any open/un-shipped customer sales order line items to also list on the pack list.Â

Trying to do this w/ the RDD is very difficult; so my thought was w/ an OLE or ODBC version I could outer join the orderhed and/or orderdtl to get the open/un-shipped line item to show.

Actually Mary, we don't.

This group exchanges freely. I'm not going to question every person on their intent. Nor should you. If you don't want to share that is your choice.

If Jim charges his clients, that is on him.

But this questioning needs to stop now.
