We are on 9.05.603 and have implemented Case Mgt about 3 to 4 months ago. We use it to log customer complaints and then to generate new orders to supply replacement parts and such.
The base functionality was 95% on for what we needed. We replaced an home grown access database with this module. We did add some UD fields for extra data housing.
The one complaint we have is that the speed is excruciatingly slow. This is supposed to be fixed with an SCR in 700.
Overall this was a good change for us with the complaint data now living within Epicor which gives us better reporting available with dashbards, Crystal and the integrated data.
We are still working to implement the RMA step to connect accounting to this process also.
Hope this helps.
