Don't reset menu Names during Release update

I noticed that the Menu names of “built-in” menus are reset back to their original name.

When we implement a customization we change the name to have the Customization ID at the end.

We change “Order Entry” to “Order Entry (SOE_07)”, and set the customization. Like:

But after the Update, the menu name is reset to “Order Entry”
