I’m in the process of converting our crystal reports to SSRS so that we can begin to use the browser version soon. Is there a way to download the data for an SSRS report so that I can make changes in report builder and test with static data without having to keep uploading the SSRS report style until I’m done with modifications?

Are you on prem or are you hosted somewhere in cloud?

@aosemwengie1 has posted about it but I am new to it, I can see that you can generate the report for design, but I don’t know how to put the report server location into the report when it asks.
You can search for “Generating Reports” in the help and what you want to read up on is “Generate for Design”
