We have added some new Reason Codes to DMR. When I look at them in Reason Code Entry it automatically orders them properly. When I go to DMR processing the new ones are at the bottom of the list. I tried to refresh list and it still at bottom.
Has anyone see issues with the Drop down lists not listing in the correct order.
If it is an EpiCombo, a customization can set the EpiSort property.
yeah, i figured that could be done but hate doing that when (in my opinion) Epicor should be automatically sorting it correctly.
I added code "ZZZ" with Description "AAA (code starts with ZZZ)", and it shows at the top of the list in Qty Adjustments
maybe just an issue on that DMR form
mine went to bottom…I didn’t pay attention to the description. I will have to check that.
another question how do you get a screen shot with the drop down showing. anytime I try it goes away…LOL
I use Greenshot (https://getgreenshot.org/) for doing screen grabs
if you are on windows 10 the snip & sketch tool is quite useful. Shift + Win + S to bring it up.
There’s always the PrtScn button on the keyboard.
Alt+PrtScn does a single window (and the dropdown vanishes), but PrtScn alone does the whole screen, then you need to open in Paint or something to grab a section.
The other solutions are probably better, but if you don’t want to install anything and you grew up with Windows 3.1 and you still close windows with Alt+F4 even to this day…
