I’m on 2024.2.12. I’m having an issue with a drop shipment and after 3 days with Epiccare, I’m not any closer to solving it. Last week of December, a user processed a drop shipment. When she got back she realized that essentially nothing processed from the drop shipment. There are no PartTran records and it’s not showing up to be invoiced. The Sales Order and Purchase Order lines are both still open. I confirmed, and so did Epiccare, that everything is linked properly.
The issue is that the DropShipHead Received/Ship is true, the DropShipDtl Complete is true, but the DropShipDtl Received/Ship is false. I can’t click that true as the receive date is in December and I get an error that Received date is earlier than 1/1/2026. I can’t delete the drop ship pack slip because the header Received/Shipped has been marked true. I asked if a data fix would work here but was told the agent couldn’t find one for this situation. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
