You don't really have any other options.

The only other option is to find someone willing to violate licensing and
share that with you, or you can go directly to progress to find out the cost
of licensing the full version of the tools for OpenEdge 10.1C or 10.0B
whatever version you are running.

Thanks for the procedure document that I found in the files section. It
seemed easy to follow BUT--

The procedure calls for a procedure MKbinarydmp.p which I don't have. Since
we are not on support, Epicor won't help. I tried to use the progress Admin
tool, but the dump database commands are grayed out. Where can I find more
info?
